The awards honour the humanism and responsibility of doctors, hospitals, clinics and teams with proven significant achievements in the field of healthcare.

For another year, Uni Hospital received recognition at the National Medical Awards Ceremony. The categories are „Quality and safety“ and „Social responsibility“. On June 25, at a special ceremony at the Marinela Hotel in Sofia, the awards went to doctors, hospitals, clinics and teams with proven significant achievements in the field of healthcare for their humanism and responsibility. „These awards are the achievement of the entire team of Uni Hospital“, said Dr. Krassimira Chachova-Rancheva, manager of the Hospital.

Uni Hospital was awarded for the treatment of patients with COVID-19 without infecting other patients or hospital staff, in the „Quality and Safety“ category, one of the three major awards. The award in the category „Social Responsibility“ was won due to nearly 1,000 free preventive examinations performed by highly qualified medical specialists of the medical facility last year.

„Every day we strive to fulfill our motto – Everything for health under one roof!“, said Dr. Chachova, when thanking for the awards.

In 2016, Uni Hospital received a Medical Oscar for „Medical Innovations“, and in 2019 was honored for „Medical Investments“ and „Special Patients Award“.
