In response to any enquiry for diagnostics and/or treatment made by patients who are citizens of other countries, the registration officer in charge prepares a preliminary diagnostic and therapeutic plan based on a consultation. A hospitalization date is scheduled and a contact person is appointed who will give reception to the patient on the scheduled hospital admission date and time.

Diagnostic and treatment activities for citizens of any European Union member state are performed after S2 Form is submitted observing the European regulations for coordination between the social security systems.  Е125 Form is submitted to the National Health Insurance Fund upon the medical treatment completion.

Diagnostic and treatment activities for citizens of third countries are performed after payment of the quoted price is made to the hospital’s bank account. An invoice and a medical report about the conducted medical treatment are prepared upon its completion.
