Dr. Regina Hatar, MD, is a specialist in Plastic Reconstruction and Aesthetic Surgery with a specialty recognized by the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) and is on its list of trusted European specialists (see here). She has a recognized specialty in Plastic Surgery by the French College of Plastic Surgery – College Francais de Chirurgie Plastique, Reconstructrice et Esthetique, certifying foreign specialists. She has a professional qualification in Health Management.

Dr. Hatar has a PhD in Plastic and Reconstructive and Aesthetic Medicine, and her dissertation was in the field of regenerative surgery, namely the application of autologous fat transplantation (lipofilling). She is the author of numerous publications and has participated in Bulgarian and international conferences. Full-right member of the Bulgarian Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
